I'm going home this weekend. I'm uber excited. Going home to take of the broken-legged mama. And her poisioned- by- boat- cleaning- stuff boyfriend. He's in the hospital. Geeze. Meghann to the rescue! I'm anxious to see what she's gonna say about the brown hair. Probably "ugh, it makes you look cold and unapproachable." Not really. She'll tell me I'm cute no matter what. Or I'll just put a beer just out of reach for her and then we'll see who laughs last. Just kidding, my mom and I are so close - I'd never do that to her, or would I?? :-) I can't wait to see her!
I got her this bag (see picture, below) for mothers day. My work wife, The Orange Bicycle made it for me! I picked out the fabric, and she made me a fab freaking tote! I'm so wanting one for myself. It just might have to happen.

I accidentally bought a two year old magazine today. Who the hell sells two year old magazines like they're hot items, really? Still looks like a good read - article about the Raconteurs and how Nashville "rocks" - we'll see how outdated it really is.
I'm wearing shorts today. Not so sure about the ol' legs. They look like 40 year old women legs.
I got a pretty dang good raise today. I was also allowed to borrow some Rilo Kiley CDs from Cheebs, which I'm currently swaying to. Love.
My friend Chad at work is involved in a very cool movie project called The Nashville 9. Check it out here. And watch the trailer.
